This Privacy Notice relates only to the online marketing activities we carry out in respect of Brivge, including the website of the Brivge services ( (“Website”) and contacts who we have reached out to inform about the Brivge services. The general categories of personal data that we process are as follows:


(1) Contact Data (Name, Country, Company, Contact Number, Email and Designation). We obtained such contact data either through the information you provided through the contact form in the Website ( or during our contact with your company.


(2) Usage data of Website (your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your use). The source of the usage data is our analytics tracking system in our Website.


3. Purposes of processing and legal bases


3.1. We may process your contact and usage data for the purposes of direct marketing with respect to Brivge services, including informing you of the Brivge services as well as updating you on the same, by email, SMS and/or telephone. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

3.2. We may also process your contact and usage data for the purposes of researching and analysing the use of the Website. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in monitoring, improving and securing our website and Brivge services generally.


4. Providing your personal data to others


4.1. Your contact data will be stored on the servers of our customer relationship management service provider, Hubspot ( Your usage data will be stored in the servers of our hosting services providers at Wix ( We also keep such contact and usage data in our own servers for our use.


4.2. We may disclose your contact and usage data to our affiliates in the TTC group, as well as subcontractors and agents, insofar as reasonably necessary for the monitoring, improving and securing our Website and Brivge services generally.


4.3. International Transfers: We may transfer your personal data from Singapore or your home jurisdiction to other countries (including outside the European Economic Area) and process such personal data there. We will take steps as required by the applicable law to protect your rights and personal data, including entering into legal binding agreements to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 4, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. 5. Retaining and deleting personal data

Contact and usage data will be retained for a minimum period of 3 years following the date of the most recent contact between you and us, or the date of collection, whichever is later.


5.2. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person
